Latemilk is a visionary director known for bold ideas and stunning visual storytelling, seamlessly blending cinematic aesthetics with dynamic energy. Emerging from the Italian music scene, he quickly established himself as a sought-after creative force, directing multi-million-view videos for artists across Europe and beyond. His ability to adapt to diverse musical styles has set him apart, leading to collaborations with major brands as he expands into the commercial world. Most recently, he directed for Puma x Off-White, bringing his signature visual precision to high-profile campaigns. With a fresh, innovative approach, Latemilk continues to push creative boundaries, shaping the visual language of both music and brand storytelling on a global scale.

Idan Barazani is a director and photographer currently based in Tokyo, Japan. He began his artistic journey after high school, moving to New York in 2014 to explore and develop his creative vision. His work is heavily influenced by Japanese animation and classic American and European cinema from the 1980s and 1990s, leading him to create drama-filled, mysterious, and slightly uncanny visuals. Idan has collaborated with notable brands such as Moncler and Highsnobiety, and his film "Emotion Inn" was featured by NOWNESS, showcasing Xander Zhou's futuristic Autumn/Winter 2020 collection. Music serves as a primary creative influence for Idan, with each of his images often associated with a specific song, adding an immersive and emotional depth to his storytelling.

Gordy De St. Jeor is a director from Littleton, CO. He moved to Los Angeles at a young age to pursue a career in the film industry and has built his career directing music videos for artists like Ross Lynch & The Driver Era, Wolfgang Van Halen, and Alessia Cara. He is interested in stories with powerful imagery that sometimes put the audience out of their comfort zone.

Hailing from Rio, Rafael Carmo brings a fresh Brazilian eye to every project, blending vibrant storytelling with an instinct for raw, authentic energy. As one of the top directors in the country, he has crafted visuals for multiple of Brazil’s biggest hit songs, shaping the look of a generation’s music.
Known for his dynamic mix of VFX and grounded realism, Rafael seamlessly merges cutting-edge visuals with an organic feel—enhancing, never overpowering. His work doesn’t just follow trends; it sets them, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible while keeping the heart of the story intact.

Edgar Daniel is a director and photographer based in Los Angeles, California. He has directed music videos for artists such as Sabrina Carpenter ("Fast Times," 2022), Greyson Chance ("Dancing Next to Me," 2020), and Ivan Cornejo ("Aquí te espero," 2023).is portfolio includes fashion films, commercial work, and music videos, showcasing his versatility across various visual mediums. In addition to directing, Edgar serves as a post producer at Kids Don't Know. He has also directed a short film titled "P4" for PARTYNEXTDOOR.

Born and raised in Sacramento, Mikey "Rare" has carved out a lane of his own, bringing an unfiltered, raw energy to every project he touches. Working with artists like $NOT, ShooterGang Kony, and the late Lil Keed, he crafts visuals that feel lived-in, immersive, and undeniably real.
A multifaceted director and editor, Mikey’s work thrives in the spaces where grit meets cinematic storytelling. His style isn’t about gloss—it's about authenticity, capturing the essence of his subjects without pretense. Whether it's a high-energy performance piece or a narrative-driven visual, his eye for detail and instinct for storytelling make every frame hit with purpose.

Jon Primo, a first-generation Colombian-American writer and director based in Los Angeles, brings passion and heart to storytelling. A graduate of the Academy of Art University, he has directed VMA-nominated music videos for top artists like Nicki Minaj, Doja Cat, Kehlani, Big Sean, Lil Wayne, and Sting. In 2021, he debuted his feature film Blanco, followed by his short film The Fool, now on the festival circuit. Primo’s work seamlessly blends his Colombian-American roots with compelling narratives, solidifying his place as a standout storyteller.
